When is the coffee roasted?
Every Monday. Orders ship within 2 days of roasting, and the roast date is printed on the bag.
Which grind should I choose?
Pour-over: pour-over grind. Espresso machine or moka pot: espresso grind. Balinese tubruk: fine grind. Own grinder: whole bean (stays fresh longest).
How long does the coffee stay fresh?
Whole beans are best within 4–6 weeks of roasting, ground coffee within 2–3 weeks. Keep airtight and out of the sun.
Which payment methods do you accept?
QRIS, Indonesian bank virtual accounts and PayPal (USD/TWD).
